BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(A329 LONDON ROAD, ASCOT) (NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1.

Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Executive Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 14th October 2022.

Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time
A329 London Road - South side - From a point 15 west of its junction with Fernbank Road eastwards for a distance of 386 metres.
A329 London Road - North side - From a point 155 east of its junction with Fernbank Road eastwards for a distance of 230 metres.
A329 London Road - North side - From a point 15 west of its junction with Fernbank Road eastwards for a distance of 75 metres.

All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
