Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th September 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Hambleton District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Red Bear, 47 Market Place, Thirsk YO7 1HA. The proposed variation is:- To permit alterations (convert a disused kitchen into an additional trading area) and therefore to amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton (

) no later than 7th October 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Hambleton District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
