(Various Roads! (40 Mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation) Order. 2008 (Revocation! (Amendment No 4) Order 2022

Notice Is Hereby Given

that on 7th September 2022, St Helens Borough Council In exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order, the effect of which will be to amend the Council of St Helens (Various Roads) (40mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation) Order, 2008 as described in the Schedules below:

A57 Warrington road   The Council of St Helens (Various Roads) 50mph Speed Limi Order 2011  From a point 250 metres east of its junction with Clock Face Road to the Borough boundary with Warrington

Schedule 2-40 Mph Speed Limit To Be Added

With Clock Face Road To The Borough _Boundary With Warrington

This order will come into operation on the 19th day of September 2022.

This speed limit Order will revoke and supersede all other speed limit Orders in place on the roads and distances shown above upon commencement of this Order.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
