Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We, Buddha Belly Thai Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 20 Queens Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1LU.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, regulated entertainment comprising, films, live & recorded music and anything similar, performance of dance and late-night refreshment (hot food & non alcoholic drink) daily between 11.00 and 23.00. extended to 01.00 on the following days:

Thai new year (13-15 April), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Eve. Opening hours will be 11.00 until an additional 30 mins on the terminal hour.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 14th October 2022.
