Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that LAURA O'REILLY has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at THE CAN CLUB LTD, ARCH 361 WINCHELSEA ROAD, E7 OAQ.

The nature of the application is as follows:
To permit the sale of alcohol MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 09:00-23:00, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: 09:00-00:00, SUNDAY: 11:00-18:00.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 3rd OCTOBER 2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
