Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We, The Fancy Fox Patisserie Ltd hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of The Fancy Fox Patisserie, 49 Boardway West, Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 2BX.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Wednesday 12:00hrs to 18:00hrs and Thursday to Saturday 12:00hrs to 21:00hrs.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 05/10/2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
