Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Keighley Road, Denholme Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

Notice Is Hereby Given

that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Keighley Road, Denholme intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Keighley Road from its junction with Foster Park Road to its junction with Hill Crest Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Keighley Road (unaffected section), Halifax Road, Haworth Road, Brow Top Road, Hebden Road, Keighley Road, Station Road, Denhome Road, Long Causeway, New Road, Main Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 23:00 hours on the 29th September 2022 and remain in force until 02:00 hours on the 30th September 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
