Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1)
(Amberley Way. Sm4) (Temporary Restriction Of Traffic) Order 2022
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate planned telecommunication pole replacement works in Amberley Way, SM4, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works, no person would cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Amberley Way, from its junction with Hartland Way to its south-easternmost extremity; or
(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Amberley Way is a cul-de-sac and a diversion route is not applicable.
4. The restriction and suspension would apply only during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Nothing in this Order would apply: -
(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent access to premises in or adjacent to the length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. The Order would come into force on Wednesday 12th October 2022, with the works anticipated to be completed on Friday 14th October 2022. However, the Order would remain in operation for a maximum period of 3 months and its provisions would be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14m (LOWER MORDEN LANE. SM4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFICl (NO. 31 ORDER 2022
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate telecommunication works to be undertaken in Lower Morden Lane, SM4, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works, no person would:-
(a) enter or proceed on the northern footway of Lower Morden Lane, from its easternmost junction with the Beverley Roundabout to a point 4 metres east of the western boundary of No. 194 Lower Morden Lane; or
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Lower Morden Lane, between its easternmost junction with the Beverley Roundabout and the common boundary of Nos. 190 and 190a Lower Morden Lane other than in a westbound direction (vehicles would be prohibited from using the eastbound lane); or
(c) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading any vehicle, in Lower Morden Lane, both sides, between its easternmost junction with the Beverley Roundabout and the common boundary of Nos. 190 and 190a Lower Morden Lane.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of Lower Morden Lane specified in paragraph 2(b) above would be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions would apply only during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using the Beverley Roundabout, Tudor Drive(B279) and the A24.
6. Pedestrian traffic affected by the footway closure should proceed using the footway opposite and the footways around the Beverley Roundabout.
7. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. Nothing in the Order would apply: -
(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent pedestrian or vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the lengths of road specified in paragraphs 2(a) and 2(b) as applicable, insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
9. The Order would come into operation on Monday 10th October 2022, with the works anticipated to be carried out that day between the hours of 10am and 4pm. However, the Order would remain in force for a maximum period of 3 months and its provisions would be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(ELM WALK. SW20) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate service pipe relay works in Elm Walk, Raynes Park, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Elm Walk, between the common boundary of Nos. 134 and 136 Elm Walk and the northwest flank wall of No. 131 Elm Walk; or
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in the road or length of road specified in subparagraph 2(a) above; or
(c) enter or proceed in the south-west footway of Elm Walk between the common boundary of Nos, 134 and 136 Elm Walk and a point 2 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 126 and 130 Elm Walk.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above would be suspended.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Southway, Parkway and Cannon Hill Lane or vice-versa.
6. Nothing in the Order would apply: -
(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works; or
(e) so as to prevent pedestrian access to premises in or adjacent to the length of footway specified in sub-paragraph 2(c) above.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order would come into operation on Thursday 13th October 2022 with the works expected to be completed on 18th October 2022. However, the Order would remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(DURNSFORD ROAD. SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate new water service connections and ancillary works in Durnsford Road, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in a north-westerly direction in Durnsford Road to turn left into Pitt Crescent; or
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in Durnsford Road, from its junction with Endeavour Way to a point 16 metres south-east of the common boundary of No. 120 and No. 138 Durnsford Road;
(c) enter or proceed in the south-western footway of Durnsford Road, outside Nos 144 and 146 Durnsford Road.
3. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Access to Pitt Crescent would be maintained at all times.
6. Pedestrians affected by the footway closure should proceed using the adjacent temporary walkway.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. The Order would come into operation on Wednesday 12th October 2022 and remain in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(STANLEY ROAD. SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate building facade works at No. 2 Stanley Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Stanley Road.
2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in Stanley Road, the west side, from its junction with The Broadway northward for a distance of 26.5 metres.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of road specified in paragraph 2 above will be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or for the loading or unloading of construction delivery vehicles; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. The Order will come into operation on Saturday 24th September 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 5th May 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 12 months and its provisions will be re-introduced during that time should the works be delayed or further works required.
