Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Roger Stretton Mason otherwise Rodger Street Mason deceased late of 49 West Street Ryde Isle of Wight PO33 2UH who died on the 18th May 2022 are required to send particulars thereof in writing of their claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 21st November 2022 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
