Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed HUSH Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/24355/FUL. Proposal: Change of Use from workshops to offices including alterations and extension over parking and bin storage area previously approved for Howsons Ltd. Location: The Old Picture House Chapel Lane Ingleton Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2022/24236/HH. Proposal: Proposed single-storey rear extension and front dormer window. for Mr & Mrs Fawcett. Location: Lynridge Holme Lane Sutton-in-craven BD20 7LL Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2022/24261/FUL. Proposal: The proposed installation of a new work of public art for Gargrave. for Alx Creations. Location: Amenity Area To The East Of The Summer Seat And The Public Conveniences Gargrave Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2022/24328/FUL. Proposal: The proposal concerns minor external repair works to the property including remedial works to failed renders, replacement of roof surfaces and fixing leaking joints on rainwater goods. The proposal also introduces a balustrade/railing to the existing ramp at the front of the building to aid disabled persons with access to the pub for JD Wetherspoon PLC.
