Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 04/22/00007: Peasey Farm, Bradney Lane, Bawdrip, Bridgwater TA7 8QD.
Change of use of agricultural building to farm shop & associated seating area (retrospective). This development may affect a public right of way.
Application No. 36/22/00014 & 36/22/00015: Stowey Court, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1LL.
Erection of detached stables. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building & may affect a public right of way.
Application No. 11/22/00031 & 11/22/00079: The Lodge, 31 Berrow Road, Burnham On Sea TA8 2EZ.
Conversion of loft to form additional living accommodation, alterations to existing side (North) lean-to roof & internal works to allow for open plan living. Also, with the erection of detached double garage on site of existing garden room (to be demolished). This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Erection of 16no starter units. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 11/22/00103: Land To The North Of, Walrow, Walrow Road, Highbridge TA9.
Variations of Condition 14 Planning Permission 11/19/00128 (Erection of 46 dwellings, formation of access & ancillary works) to amend the condition wording to allow for reasonable mitigation methods for noise & vibration impacts. This proposal is a major development.

Change of use of building to form 8no. residential units. This site lies within a Conservation Area.
Application No. 08/22/00133: 22 Monmouth Street, Bridgwater TA6 5EJ.
Proposed internal layout alterations & refurbishments, to both ground & first floors. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
