We: Feast Lyme Bay Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Feast Lyme Bay, 12 Marine Place, Seaton, Devon, EX12 2QL and known as: Feast Lyme Bay

The application is to:
Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises;
Monday to Sunday: 9am-10pm Premises opening hours: Monday to Sunday: 9am-11 pm

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 7th October 2022

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
