(East Street, Rochford) (Temporary Introduction of No Right-Hand Turn) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a no right turn from East Street, Rochford in the District of Rochford, into West Street.

The restriction is scheduled to commence on 26th September 2022 for 1 night (19:00-23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO60040781/1 -Anglian Water).

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water

An alternative route is available via South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North Street.

The Order will come into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Nether Mayne, Basildon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nether Mayne, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 85m south of both of its junctions with Roundacre New Roundabout for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2022 for 1 night (23:00- 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701FSS2-24-01-270922 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd).

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Five Bells Roundabout North, Five Bells Link Road, Five Bells Roundabout South, Five Bells Slip Road To Southend Road, Vange By-pass, Pitsea Bypass, Broadway Link Roundabout, Pitsea Hall Lane, South Mayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Roundacre, Roundacre New Roundabout and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 40m south of its junction with Station Approach for a distance of approximately 935m in a southeasterly direction.

2. To temporary introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading, No Stopping' in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th September 2022 for 6 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2333008 - Essex County Council).

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while CCTV jetting and survey works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

No alternative route is available.

The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
