HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

(Footpath WG 14/14 (part) in the Parish of West Buckland) Public Path Diversion Order, 2022

The above order, made on 9 September 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from OS Reference ST 17437 20363 in a generally south westerly and then southerly direction to OS Reference ST 17445 20140 to a line running from OS Grid Reference ST 17413 20360 to OS Reference ST 17445 20140 as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge by appointment (Tel: 01823 355 644) at Somerset County Council, County Hall, The Crescent, Taunton, TA1 4DY from 9am until 3pm Monday to Friday. Copies can also be obtained by contacting rightsofway@somerset.gov.uk

Any representation about or objection to the Orders may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Definitive Map Team, Economic and Community Infrastructure, Somerset County Council, A Block, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY, to be received not later than 13 October 2022. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Somerset County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
