To whom it may concern:
We, Emma & Nicholas Scott do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at:
4-6 Broad Street, Ottery St Mary, EX11 1BZ and known as Rabbit & Co.

The application is to: -
Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Wednesday: 8am-9pm; Thursday to Saturday: 8am-10pm; Sunday 10am-6pm.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 5th October 2022 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
