Town & Country Planning Act 1990, PUBLIC INQUIRY
at Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT with the facility to participate virtually

REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Beechcraft Land Ltd. Relating to the application to Wychavon District Council for the demolition of existing stables and the erection of up to 29 dwellings (40% affordable housing) alongside a new access, drainage, landscaping and other associated works at land and stables to the west of Ivy Lane, Bretforton, Worcestershire, WR11 7HP. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
