NOTICE is hereby given that Trafford Borough Council intends to dispose of land at Longford Park Car Park, 2 East Dr, Stretford, Manchester M21 9LF in the Borough of Trafford in the County of Greater Manchester shown coloured green and purple on the attached plan. It is Intended to dispose of this land for the purposes of letting to an electric vehicle charging Infrastructure company.
Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Legal Services Department, Trafford Borough Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH, reference: L/015138 and received by no later than two weeks from the date of this notice.
