Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Twickenham Pub Co Ltd in respect of premises known as The Shack, 68 London Road, Twickenham,TW1 3QS, applied to London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to amend Condition 7 of Annex 2 which currently reads "The outdoor bar area and marquee shall only be used for licensable activities when there is an event at Twickenham RFU, either in relation to a rugby match, sporting event or concert at Twickenham RFU, with an anticipated capacity in excess of 30,000 except between 1 September 2015 and 31 October 2015 when it can be used every day". To read as follows "The outdoor bar area and marquee shall only be used for licensable activities when there is an event at Twickenham RFU, either in relation to a rugby match, sporting event or concert at Twickenham RFU, with an anticipated capacity in excess of 30,000 EXCEPT THAT the 25 m of the marquee can also be used between 1 November and 31 December for use with 3 artificial synthetic curling rinks".To amend the plan as submitted with this variation for use between 1 November and 31 December to include the 3 Curling rinks.
