(Hobbans Farm Road, Bobbingworth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbans Farm Road, Bobbingworth in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Lower Boddingworth Green for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th October 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06049251/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Hobbans Farm Road, Epping Road, Lower Bobbingworth Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(London Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2o22
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of London Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junctions with Hastingwood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 235m in both directions.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of London Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junctions with Hastingwood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 235m in both directions for the duration of the above closure only
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th October 2022 for 5 nights (19:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2334468 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road lining renewal and post installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Canes Lane Roundabout, Canes Lane Diversion, Vicarage Lane, Talbot Roundabout, High Road, Epping Road, The Plain, Thornwood Road, London Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Mill Lane, Moreton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Moreton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 195m northeast of its junction with Harlow Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th October 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC118HVWD5V011C - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, High Laver Road, Harlow Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Back Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 280m northwest of its junction with Nazeing Common for a distance approximately 195m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX05910058579 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Back Lane, Nazeing Common, Betts Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pudding Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pudding Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 415m southeast of its junctions with Abridge Road for a distance of approximately 285m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA5186N1K -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Pudding Lane, Gravel Lane, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Woodside & Upland Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Woodside, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 420m in a southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Upland Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 435m in a southwesterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 29th September 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPP-8080-FAL7 & KN-EPP-8152-FAL8 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting and blockage clearance works are undertaken by Openreach. Alternative routes are available via:
1. Epping Road, The Plain, Thornwood Road, High Road (with access only into Woodside) and vice versa.
2. High Road, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street, Epping Road (with access only into Upland Road) and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th September 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
