Notice of application to Cheshire West & Chester Council for the grant of a premises licence by KTTM Ltd for Ateyate, 6a Ledsham Road, Little Sutton CH66 4QQ to allow the (on/off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol 1200-2200hrs Monday to Sunday. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, except bank holidays or on the Public Register at bitly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the above application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team (above) no later than 4 October 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
