WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Capesthorne Rd & Barrow Ave (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Capesthorne Rd from its jct. with Avery Cl to its jct. with Poplars Ave; Barrow Ave from its jct. with Capesthorne Rd to a point 15m north, outside No. 1 Barrow Ave. The Order will be effective from 31st October 2022 for 5 weeks, between 9am & 5pm, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Greenwood Cres, Poplars Ave & vice versa. The closure is required to facilitate highway improvement works.

Dam Ln, Croft (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Dam Ln from its jct. with Smithy Brow to its jct. with Smithy Ln. The Order will be effective from 28th
September 2022 for 1 day, between 9:30am & 3:30pm,
as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Smithy Ln, Smithy Brow & vice versa. The closure is required to allow for the installation of a telegraph pole.

Battersby Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Battersby Ln from its jct. with St Peters Way to its jct. with Cockhedge Green. The Order will be effective between 10pm on 19th September 22 & 5am on 20th September 22 & between 10pm on 20th September 22 & 5am on 21st September 22, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Marsh House Ln, Orford Ln, Lythgoes Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out a detailed bridge examination. Ref: High/2374
