The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Leigh Bridge

A/22/93998/FULL 1-31 Quayside Leigh WN7 4JT Replacement of all timber doors and windows with uPVC, together with replacement timber cladding on existing apartment blocks. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

A/22/94146/VARMAJ Parr Bridge Works Mosley Common Road Tyldesley Manchester Variation of condition 12 of previously approved A/21/91520/MAJOR to allow the opening hours of the first floor medical facility to be 07:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
