Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that York Marine Services Ltd has applied to City ofYork Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Bosun's Restaurant, Ferry Lane, Bishopthorpe, YO23 2SB. The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant to add a horsebox that will be utilised as an outdoor bar located within the field area of the premises - due to the site being prone to flooding, the horsebox is subject to moving, the highlighted areas on the plan will be for sole use of the relocation of the horsebox bar.
