(Busty Bank, Burnopfield) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 9/9/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 685 metre length of Busty Bank between its junctions with New Road and Oakflcld. Burnopfield to enable vegetation clearance adjacent to overhead power lines works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the north western side of the closure from New Road southerly then easterly on Front Street to the junction with Busty Bank to the south eastern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 21/9/22 from 9am and are anticipated to be completed in 7 hours. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
