Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) C218 Wark Barrasford Road Junction To Gunnerton C218 Gunnerton Main Through Road Village (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland:-
* C218 Wark Barrasford Road Junction To Gunnerton for its entire length

* C218 Gunnerton Main Through Road Village from its junction with Chollerton Tynedale District Footpath 026 heading northwards for a distance of 230 metres in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 19th September 2022 until the 19th December 2022.

It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 19th September 2022 until the 21st September 2022 between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 during this period.

The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C218 , U8156 C215 C216 and vice-versa. Enquiries should be made to Northumberland County Council's Contact Centre 0345 600 6400 or at
