Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Henry Street, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2022

On 7 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping
at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the
following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Henry Street (West side): from a point 6 metres north of
its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance
of 27 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

The Order will come into operation on 22 September 2022.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, The Guildhall, High Street, Worcester, WR1 2EY and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(C2209 Station Road, Wadborough) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2209 Station Road from its junction with U47619 Abbotswood Road to its junction with C2209 Mill Lane. Reason: Level crossing maintenance by Network Rail. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2209 Station Road, C2209 Mill Lane, B4084 Worcester Road, B4084 Pershore Road, C2100 Wadborough Road, U47619 Abbotswood Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 Nights (23:00-05:00) Commencing: 10 October 2022.

(U60207 Madge Hill, Severn Stoke) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U60207 Madge Hill from its junction with A38 Severn Stoke Bank to its junction with C2105 Quay Lane to High Green. Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2105 Quay Lane to High Green, C2105 Severn Bank A38 to Kinnersley, A38 Severn Stoke Bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 19 September 2022.

(C2066 Cobblers Corner, Wichenford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2066 Cobblers Corner from its junction with C2252 Broadwas to its junction with U64615 Broadwas. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2252 Broadwas, U64615 Broadwas and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 15 September 2022.

(U64014 Shoulton, Hallow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U64014 Shoulton from its junction with U64012 Green Street & U64012 Shoulton to its junction with U64013 Shoulton. Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U64012 Shoulton, U64014 Shoulton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 19 September 2022.

(U51314 Holly Mount, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U51314 Holly Mount from its junction with U51376 Mulberry Terrace to its junction with U51315 Hawthorn Road. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51314 Holly Mount, U51306 Tunnel Hill, U51312 Holly Mount Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 17 September 2022.

6 B4638 Woodgreen Drive, Warndon) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of the highway from: Closure 1: B4639 Berkeley Way/Cotswold Way Roundabout from its junctions with B4639 Cotswold Way, U51164 Brindley Road, B4639 Berkeley Way and B4638 Woodgreen Drive. Closure 2: B4638 Woodgreen Drive from its junction with B4639 Berkeley Way Roundabout to its junction with U51800 Hastings Drive & U51190 Bearcroft Avenue.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1: B4639 Berkeley Way -U51164 Brindley Road, U51162 Wainwright Road and vice versa. Diversion 2: B4638 Woodgreen Drive - B4636 Woodgreen Drive to Nunnery Way, A4440 Grange Way, A4440 Trotshill Way, A4440 Parsonage Way and vice versa. Diversion 3: B4639 Cotswold Way, B4550 Blackpole Road, A449 Worcester Northern Link, Pershore Lane, A4440 Warndon Way, B4639 Berkeley Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. 2 nights (20:00-06:00) Commencing: 22 September

(C2027 Old Malvern Road, Powick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2027 Old Malvern Road from its junction with A449 Malvern Road to its junction with U62023 The Drive. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U62022 Old Malvern Road, C2027 Old Malvern Road, A449 Malvern Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 nights (17:00-23:59) Commencing: 18 September

Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F40962 alongside play area in Fernhill Heath from its junction with A38 Droitwich Road to its junction with U41022 Dilmore Avenue for its entire length. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Droitwich Road, C2138 Dilmore Lane, U41022 Dilmore Avenue and vice versa. Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration:

Order made: to close that part of B4639 Berkeley Way from its junction with B4638 Woodgreen Drive to its junction with U51800 Hastings Drive. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Reason: Utility works by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Bath Road, U52299 Greenway
Drive, U52300 Diglis Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

Proposed Order: to close that part of U50311 Gilmour Crescent from its junction with U50309 St. Anne's Road to its junction with U50310 St. Michael's Road. Reason: New gas connection by Cadent Gas. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50309 St. Anne's Road, U50310 St. Michael's Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
4 days Commencing: 10 October 2022.

(U50102 Middle Street & U50102 Little Southfield Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U50102 Middle Street & U50102 Little Southfield Street from its junction with U50103 Southfield Street to its junction with A38 Sansome Walk.

Reason: Remedial works by Kier Utilities. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50110 Arboretum Road, A38 Sansome Walk and vice versa.
