Parish of Nynehead Temporary Closure of Nynehead Hollow

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Nynehead Hollow - from Nynehead Memorial Hall westwards for a total distance of 237 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer works.

The Order becomes effective on 15th September 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 19th September 2022 and last until 20th September 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 2 days. Please visit
