Somerset County Council District of Somerset West and Taunton Parish of Bishop's Lydeard Temporary Closure of Greenway Road and Halse Road

Somerset County Council In exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Greenway Road - from the junction with Greenway, westwards for a distance of 328 metres; and Halse Road - from the junction with Ash Priors Common, eastwards for a distance of 856 metres. For a total distance of 1184 metres. This Order will enable Airband Community Internet Ltd to carry out cabling works.

The Order becomes effective on 29th September 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 5th October 2022 and last until 14th October 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 10 days. Please visit
