Proposed development at Former Wansbrough Paper Mill, Brendon Road, Watchet, Somerset TA23 0AY Take notice that an application (amended description of proposed development and plans reference: 3/37/19/021) is being made by Wansbrough Mill Development Company Ltd. Description: Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved (apart from access) for the erection of up to 350 new dwellings (C3 use); up to 80 sheltered and assisted living apartments (C2 use); local centre including apart hotel and associated leisure facilities (C1 and E (a)(b) use) (up to 2650 sq m), business/industrial units (E (g) use) (up to 8000 sq m), business space building (E (g)(i) use) (up to 480 sq m), public car park and all associated road, footpath, drainage and engineering works including access alterations, public footpath and traffic calming works (including an accompanying Environmental Impact Assessment).

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Somerset West and Taunton Council, Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, Somerset TA1 1HE. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
