Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application Consultation by the prospective applicant:
Patersons of Greenoakhill give notice of their intention to submit a detailed planning
application for 'Proposed amendment to restoration contours to increase capacity of existing landfill waste containment cells' at Greenoakhill landfill, Hamilton Road, Glasgow G71 7SG.
In compliance with the above Regulations and government guidance, we will hold both an online public consultation event and an in-person consultation event.
The online consultation will be held at www.greenoakhillplanning.co.uk and be open for viewing and comments for a period of 3 weeks from 23 September 2022. This will include a period of live interaction on 27 September 2022, between the hours of 2pm until 8pm, where members of the Project Team will be available to answer questions and interact with the local community through a live chat function.
The in-person public consultation event will be held on 28 September 2022, between the hours of 2pm until 8pm, at the Mount Vernon Bowling and Tennis Club, 6 Central Grove, Mount Vernon, Glasgow G32 0SP.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to Glasgow City Council. If a planning application is subsequently submitted then you will have the opportunity to make formal representations directly to Glasgow City Council during the statutory notification period.
