Elvendon Road N13, Hardwicke Road N13, Ladbroke Road En1, Mintern Close N13, Old Parkview En2, Pine Close N14, Ridge Road N21, Rowantree Close N21, Rowantree Road N21, Stanley Road N11 And Unnamed Access Road To The South Of Cedar Lodge, Old Park View En2 - New 'At Anytime' Waiting Restrictions

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce new "at any time" waiting restrictions in:
(a) Elvendon Road N13, south side outside Nos. 35 & 37, opposite its junction with Hardwicke Road N13;
(b) Hardwicke Road N13, east side outside No. 55, at its junction with Elvendon Road N13;
(c) Ladbroke Road EN1,
(i) the west side, at the access to the commercial premises; and
(ii) the east side, outside Nos 1 a and 1 b Ladbroke Road;
(d) Mintern Close, additional 'At any time' restrictions on access road to garage area;
(e) Old Park View at its junction with unnamed access road to the south of Cedar Lodge, 2j Old Park View EN2;
(f) Pine Close N14, additional 'At any time' restrictions on the north-east side;
(g) Ridge Road N21, north side, at its junction with Rowantree Road N21;
(h) Rowantree Close N21, both sides, at its junction with Rowantree Road N21;
(i) Rowantree Road N21,
(i) east side, at its junction with Rowantree Close N21; and
(ii) both sides, at its junction with Ridge Road N21
(j) Stanley Road N11, revoking restrictions and introducing restrictions at the end of the cul-de-sac outside Nos. 2 & 9; and
(k) The unnamed access road to the south of Cedar Lodge, 2j Old Park View EN2, both sides at its junction with Old Park View EN2.
3. A copy of the proposed Order, plans and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive. quoting the reference TG52/1509, by 5th October 2022.
