Park Avenue, Kingsley Road And New River Crescent N13 - Temporary Restriction Of Traffic

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on Park Avenue N13 Kingsley Road and New River Crescent N13, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Park Avenue, Kingsley Road and New River CrescentN13) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily restrict traffic, as and when directed by traffic signs, from entering or proceeding and waiting or loading in the streets specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services' vehicles.

4. The prohibitions would operate during the times and on the dates specified in column 2 of the Schedule in each case and would continue until the works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in force, the alternative routes for diverted vehicles would be as stated in column 3 in each case. Access would be maintained for residents only as far as the works allow.

* Kingsley Road from its junction with Park Avenue to a point in line with the rear flank wall of No.73 Park Avenue;

* Park Avenue, from the common boundary of Nos. 83/85 to its junction with New River Crescent, and

Phase 1 Waiting and Loading Restrictions on both sides of the carriageway
* Park Avenue, from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 66/68 to 96/ 98 and from 9/11 to 56/58;

* Kingsley Road, from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 35/37 to its junction with Park Avenue; and

* New River Crescent, from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 36/38 to Nos. 96/98.

Coming into operation

26 September 2022 for 1 day between the hours of 8am-6pm or until works are completed; and
