The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB-Application No. 02/2022/0737-149/151 Mwrog Street, Ruthin - Alterations to front boundary wall to improve visibility (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 02/2022/0777 - Crown Cottage, 13 Well Street, Ruthin - Change of use of beauty parlour to form one dwelling, including internal alterations, alteration to fenestration and associated works.
