Rhoddir Rhybudd fod Cyngor Bwrdeistrel Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd gerbydau fynd ar hyd y darn o ffordd honno yn Turnpike Ucha i Nant Mawr, Llangernyw o'r fynedfa i Tyn Ddol a thu allan i'r lard Goed.
Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd yr A548 Ffordd Llanfair i'r A547 Abergele ac yn parhau at gylchfan Ffordd Rhuddlan gan gymryd y troad cyntaf am yr A55 tua'r Gorllewin, ac yna'n gadael yr A55 ar gyffordd 19 am yr A470 i Ffordd Dinbych cyn parhau at ddiwedd y dargyfeiriadau. I'r gwrthwyneb, i gerbydau o Lanrwst, bydd rhaid defnyddio llwybrau eraill ar wahan i Heol Watling oherwydd y system unffordd ar Stryd Dinbych. Caniateir mynediad i gerbydau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith cynnal a daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 19 Medi 2022 am uchafswm o 18 mis a bydd mewn grym dim ond pan fydd arwyddion traffig priodol wedi'u harddangos ar y safle cyn i'r gwaith ddechrau.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) The County Borough of Conwv (Turnpike Ucha to Nant Mawr. Llanqernvwl (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2022
Notice Is Given that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order, the effect of which will prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Turnpike Ucha to Nant Mawr, Llangernyw from entrance to Tyn Ddol and outside the Timber Yard.
The alternative route will be via Llanfair Road A548 to Abergele A547 continue to Rhuddlan Road roundabout to take the 1 st exit onto the A55 Westbound to junction 19 exit onto the A470 to Denbigh Road before proceeding to the diversions end. Vice versa for vehicles from Llanrwst other than Watling Street will need to be utilised due to the one way system on Denbigh Street Emergency Access will be maintained
The Order is necessary to facilitate maintenance work and comes into effect on 19 September 2022 for a maximum period of 18 months and will be in force only when appropriate traffic signs are displayed on each site in advance of work commencing
