Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2022 Erith High Street, Erith Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JB Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:

* Waiting restriction 2 x Disabled Bay opposite the Running Horses Public House and I x Disabled Bay opposite Erith Baths Flats

* Loading prohibition 2 x Disabled Bay opposite the Running Horses Public House and I x Disabled Bay opposite Erith Baths Flats

* Cycle Lane Suspension of Green Cycle Lane North side of carriageway from 24/26 Erith High Street to the junction with West Street, Erith

2. The Order will come into effect on 19 September 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months, However, the works are expected to be completed within 82 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable J B Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway maintenance works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable J B Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway maintenance works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
* Prohibition of traffic from 76 Foots Cray Lane to the junction with Hurst Road, Sidcup.
* Waiting restriction from 76 Foots Cray Lane to the junction with Hurst Road, Sidcup (both sides of the road).

* Loading prohibition from 76 Foots Cray Lane to the junction with Hurst Road, Sidcup (both sides of the road).

2. The Order will come into effect on 15 September 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 days from 09:30 to 15:30 (site will be clear outside of these times).

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Hurst Road, Station Road, Hatherley Crescent, Faraday Avenue and reverse.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

* Prohibition of traffic on Sandhurst Road from the junction with Danson Road to the junction with Brook Lane, Bexleyheath

* Waiting restriction on Sandhurst Road from the junction with Danson Road to the junction with Brook Lane, Bexleyheath (both sides of the road)

* Loading prohibition on Sandhurst Road from the junction with Danson Road to the junction with Brook Lane, Bexleyheath (both sides of the road)

2. The Order will come into effect on 19 September 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months, However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Lodge Lane, Danson Road, Bean Road, Alers Road, Brook Lane

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

* Prohibition of traffic on Central Avenue from the junction with Wickham Street to the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling
* Waiting restriction on Central Avenue from the junction with Wickham Street to the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling (both sides of the road)

* Loading prohibition on Central Avenue from the junction with Wickham Street to the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling (both sides of the road)

2. The Order will come into effect on 19 September 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 nights from 19:00 to 02:00.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be provided via: Bellegrove Road, Upper Wickham Lane, Wickham Street, and reverse Wickham Street, Bellegrove Road, and reverse

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016,
