Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mr Murat Ozcan has applied to the London Borough of Bexley for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to carry on the following licensable activities; The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises from: Monday to Sunday between the hours of 07:00 to 23:00 At: 1 Foots Cray, High Street, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 5HJ

Person living or involved in a business in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing them who wish to make a representation against the application, must do so by specifying the grounds of their representation in writing to the Head of Trading Standards and Licencing, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath DA6 7AT within 28 days from 8th September 2022.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Head of Trading Standards and Licencing, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath DAS 7AT between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
