Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Christopher Robert Collier, late of Durban House Nursing Home, Woodley Lane, Romsey, in Hampshire SO51 7JL formerly of 23 The Abbey Romsey in Hampshire SO51 8EN who died on the 21st day of May 2013, and whose Will was proved in the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 9th day of July 2013, by Martin Lewis Curtis Russell and Hayley June Phillips, the Executors named in the said Will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 14th day of October 2013, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
