Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th August 2022 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises McColls, 21 The Renown, Constable Way, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9UU. The proposed variation is;- To vary the commencement time for licensable activities to 06:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive (including non-standard timings).

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea SS2 6ZG no later than 3rd October 2022 stating the grounds for representations. or by Tel 01702 215000. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
