Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th August 2022 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises McColls, 21 The Renown, Constable Way, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9UU. The proposed variation is;- To vary the commencement time for licensable activities to 06:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive (including non-standard timings).
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea SS2 6ZG no later than 3rd October 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at
or by Tel 01702 215000. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
