Crafty Casks Essex, License Application

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice of Application for a new a Premises Licence, I John F Smith, hereby make application for a new premises licence in respect of Crafty Casks, 33 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7JD.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises from 10.00 till 23.30 daily except New Years Eve when the terminal hour will be 01.00 the following day. On New Years Eve we seek regulated entertainment and late night refreshment from 23.00 until 01.30 the following day. Opening hours will be from 10.00 until 30 minutes after the end of the licensable activity. Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Rochford District Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 4th October 2022. Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, 3-19 South Street, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1BW or emailed to licensing@rochford.gov.uk.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.rochford.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale
