LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th September 2022 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Denbighshire County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Gas Works Lane Denbighshire, Prestatyn LL19 7SE. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Senior Licensing Officer, Planning and Public Protection Services, Denbighshire County Council, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh LL16 3RJ; email

no later than the 3rd October 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Denbighshire County Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
