Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Ltd has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises [to be] known as Five Guys, 59 Yarrow Road, Poole, BH12 4NY.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Recorded Music and Rims (Indoors) -Sunday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 11:00 until 00:00; Late Night Refreshments (Indoor and Outdoor) - Sunday to Thursday 23:00 until 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 23.00 until 00:00; Supply of Alcohol (On and Off Premises) -Sunday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 11:00 until 00:00 Opening Hours - Sunday to Thursday 11:00 until 00:00 and Friday to Saturday 11:00 until 00:30. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA no later than 9th October 2022 stating the grounds for representation.
