District of Sedgemoor Parish of Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge

Temporary Closure of Technical Street and Phoenix Terrace Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Technical Street - from 17 metres west of the junction with Jubilee Street, westwards for a distance of 15 metres; and Phoenix Terrace - from the junction with Technical Street, northwards for a distance of 10 metres. For a total distance of 25 metres. This Order will enable Bristol Water to carry out works to install new supply. The Order becomes effective on 27th September 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 4th October 2022 and last until 6th October 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
