Section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011 Lease of Land at Crab Farm, Shapwick
Land at Crab Farm, Shapwick, Blandford, Dorset, DT11 9JL, comprising 379 hectares is owned by National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty ("the National Trust"). The National Trust proposes (subject to contract) to grant a lease of the land for a term of fifty (50) years for the use of the land as a farm. The area of land to be let is shown edged red on the plan on the attached PDF.
