Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) A350 (Part), Upton Scudamore; from a distance of approximately 360m south of its junction with C235 to a point 280m south of its junction with Westbury Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route via A350 (unaffected length) - A36 - A361 - C234 - C227 - A363 - A350 (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 03 October 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00 for 10 weeknights. B) Westwells Road (Part), Corsham and Box; from its roundabout junction with Park Lane to its roundabout junction with Spring Park to enable access and egree at MOD Corsham. Alternative route via Park Lane - A4 - B3353 - C36 - Westwells Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 October 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:15 and 14:30 for 1 day. C) Slag Lane (Part), Westbury; from its junction with Frogmore Road to its junction with Hawkeridge Road to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out bridge examination and associated works. Alternative route via Slag Lane (unaffected length) - B3097 - Hawkeridge Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 October 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 for 3 nights. D) Newtown (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Mortimer Street to its roundabout junction with Frome Road.

E) Dursley Road (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Mortimer Street for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction.

F) Mortimer Street, Trowbridge; from its junction with Newtown to its roundabout junction with A363 to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route via Frome Road - A361 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 September 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 6 weekdays. G) C230 (Part), Winsley; from its junction with Cottles Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in an easterly direction to enable Scottish and Southern Power Distribution to carry out jointing and associated works. Alternative route via C230 (unaffected length) - A363 - B3108 - C391 - Cottles Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 September 2022 and the closure will be required for 3 days. For further information please contact SSEN on 0345 0786741. Orders A) to G) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
