Disposal of open space land under Section 123
Local Government Act 1972
Isle of Wight Council hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose by way of lease the following site:
1. Land of approximately 812 m2 known as North Street Play Area, Ventnor, Isle of Wight.
The lease will be granted to Ventnor Town Council for a term of 30 years and the permitted use will be for the purpose of a children's play area. Anyone who wishes to object to the disposal should give their objections in writing to Lee Matthews, Recreation and Public Spaces Manager, Recreation Leisure and Public Spaces, County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1UD.
By no later than Friday 23rd September 2022.
