Application has been made by Tapri Himley Limited to the Licensing Authority of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Tapri at 404 Himley Road, Gornalwood, Dudley, DY3 2TS.
The application includes the following terms:
I To enable the sale of alcohol 10:00-23:30 Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00-23:00 Sundays 2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application.
3. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) and late night refreshment to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section between 08:00 and 6:00 (Monday to Friday except public holidays) at Interim Director of Public Realm, Licensing Services, Unit I Hurst Business Park, NarrowboatVVay, Brierley Hill, DY5 IUF.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 03 October 2022
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
