LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Lewis Malone has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for a Motor Vessel known as MV Margarita, normally moored at Elgin's Boatyard on Christchurch River, Christchurch BH23 1BD. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the vessel between 10:00 and 23:00 hours daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@

bcpcouncil.gov.uk

) no later than 3rd October 2022. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www. bcpcouncil.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
