CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATON ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 of, and part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES, CHESTER) (WALKER STREET CAR PARK VARIATION) ORDER 2022
The effect of the Order will be to:
- Allow unrestricted parking in a designated section of Walker Street car park on Sundays only
Full details of the draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order together with a plan showing the extents of the proposals may be inspected at the Council Offices HQ, Nicholas Street, Chester, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the documents will also be available to view on the Councils website

Any objections and other representations relating to the draft Order should be made in writing stating the grounds of the objection to the undersigned to arrive no later than by Friday, 30 September 2022. Any objections and representations relating to the draft Order should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection.
