NOTICE OF MAKING (FFORDD GLYNDWR, FFORDD OWEN AND FFORDD EDWIN, NORTHOP) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022 Notice is hereby given that on the 6th September 2022, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1 (1) and 2 (1) and (2) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is: To prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the length of road specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice in a direction other than that specified in relation to that length of road in Column 2 of that Schedule. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ONE WAY TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 MOLD The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 09 September 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in a southerly direction on B5444 Wrexham Street between its junctions A5119 Chester Street and Grosvenor Street, Mold in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is installation of scaffolding and associated works by Quantum Traffic Management. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 25 September 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 6 days, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. Public Footpath No. 26 in the Community of Llanfynydd from a point at NGR 32645 35660 for an approximate distance of 450 metres to the community boundary at River Cegidog, Treuddyn at NGR 32608 35686; 2. Public Bridleway No.1 in the community of Treuddyn from a point at the community boundary with River Cegidog, Llanfynydd at NGR 32608 35686 for an approximate distance of 695 metres to the junction with Public footpath No. 71 near Frith Ganol at NGR 32574 35733 The reason for the closure is for health and safety reasons to protect the public due to a dangerous footbridge. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 24 September 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The footpath is expected to be closed for a minimum of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of six months.
