THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENSES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 205 Regulation 25 Notice
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I/we Parocial Church Council do hearby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council in the County of East Sussex for the grant* of a premises license to use or permit the use of the premises known as St Georges Church, at St Georges Rd, Kemp Town, BN2 1ED for the following licensable activities/proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, or from the premises the sale of alcohol.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, variation, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health and Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 26th August 2013, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the minimum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [Level 5].
